- Heavy Duty Suspended Electric Unit Heaters
- 3.3 - 50 kW
- 208, 240, 277 Single Phase
- 208, 240, 480, 600 Three Phase
- CASE
- Die-formed heavy gauge steel with two-toned baked enamel finish
- OUTLET LOUVERS -Individually adjustable from 30
degrees up to 45 degrees down.
- MOTOR AND FAN
-Totally enclosed all angle motor and fan combination.
Sealed bearings through 20 Kw. Two speed permanent capacitor type motor on 25
through 50 Kw heaters.
- CONTACTORS -
Two stage operation - all heaters 25 Kw
and up are
equipped with two contractors and 2 element banks and may be connected to a
suitable single or two stage low voltage thermostat.
- FUSING -
Element, motor, and transformer primary fusing factory installed
and wired where required by NEC. Branch circuit fusing installed and wired where
required, 48 amps and up.
- FAN PURGE SWITCH -
Dissipates residual heat.
- ELEMENT -
High mass, all steel finned tubular heating element. Centrally
located and fixed element banks.
- TRANSFORMER -
24 volt low voltage control circuit for closer temperature
control and added safety. Standard on most models - optional on 3.3 and 5.0 Kw
208, 240/208 and 277 volt models.
- INTAKE LOUVERS -
Designed for even fan pull of cool air across heating
element.
- THERMAL CUT-OUT -
Automatic Reset Thermal Cut-out disconnects element in
the event normal operating temperatures are exceeded.
- MASTER TERMINAL PANEL -
Single point terminal board wiring for ease of
control kit installation.
