For your whole house or condo, the model you require is the EX190T or EX144T.

These units will provide 0.75-2.5 GPM of showering temperature water. Cold water inlet only.

These units are best served when serving only one major outlet at a time.

EX190T2, EX144T2

Ideally suited for any booster type application. These units will supply hot water up to 180 F.

They can be fed with either hot or cold water.

EX190P2, EX144P2

These models are perfect for mop sinks and industrial higher water flow rate applications.

Flow rates of up to 3 GPM with cold water inlet only.

Temperature controlled by the flow rate of water.

This unit is ideal for serving an entire condo, apartment, smaller house or cabin. It would replace the existing tank type water heater, being fed with cold water only. Minimum switch on flow rate 0.75 GPM. Easily adjustable thermostat gives exact temperature control.
